Coach Fisha Welde Meskel is the founder and head trainer of Nisir Football Academy. With years of experience developing grassroots talent in Oromia, Coach Fisha believes that football is a vehicle for total life leadership.

Under his mentorship, hundreds of young boys across Adama have learned technical mastery, tactical awareness, and the vital importance of school excellence.
